David Zere is proud of our veterans and has been active in the philanthropic endeavor for more than two decades. In addition to his current charitable activities with the American Patriot Heroes Fund, David has raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project and Soldier Ride. After losing one of his best friends in 9/11, among others, David launched himelf into this worthy cause and vowed to help our veterans. David is  a NYS Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker since 1989 where he sells and leases commercial, industrial and retail development. He also manages a merchant services credit card processing company and served as Project Manager for Nelson & Pope Engineers & Surveyors, LLP in Melville, NY.  Past and present business and charitable affiliations include the Long Island Association, Long Island Builders Institute, Business Development Council, National Association of Home Builders, Long Island Mid-Suffolk Business Action, Hauppauge Industrial Association, Irish Business Network, Action Long Island, Commercial Industrial Brokers Society, Eastern Long Island Executives, Kiwanis Club, Suffolk County Boy Scouts, Children's Medical Lifeline. David has been married for 22 years and has four children.

William M. Fries (Retired: Suffolk County, NY Sheriff’s Office) distinguished himself early in his career by being honored for Bravery and for going above and beyond the call of duty.  Bill also has numerous accommodation letters for outstanding professionalism from the Sheriff’s Office.  In this vain, Bill continues to embrace each endeavor as a personal challenge and always attempts to go one-step beyond.

 

Bill catapulted himself into the world of government relations; a slippery slope in which Bill has excelled. In defense of our brave soldiers, Bill’s proud representation of our military is second to none.  A national champion of veterans rights, Bill’s mission and passion for expounding upon the principles of democracy, in a time when people’s attention may be elsewhere, has often charged others to action.  Bill’s numerous visits to Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the  Northport Veterans Hospital, simply to convey his appreciation in support of our troops at home and abroad has often raised awareness concerning this crucial topic.  In addition to his position as Senior Director for Government Relations with the American Patriot Heroes Fund (Smithtown, NY), which is a non-profit organization committed to charitable endeavors for veterans.  Bill is actively involved with both local & national political endevors and holds a ranking executive position with in his party.

 

Bill’s local sports affiliation in the Bayport-Blue Point area as a coach and mentor to both boys and girls includes little league, hockey, lacrosse and wrestling.  An ex-ranking wrestler, Bill has often been called upon to scout for talented wrestlers from Long Island for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Perdue University.

Bill is married and has three children who, like their parents, are avid sports enthusiasts.

Doug is our Assistant Executive Director for all operations. He is a former United States Marine, Radio Technician, Satellite Technician, and Martial Arts Instructor.  Doug served as Platoon Sergeant in the Afghanastian & Pakistian region directly following the attacks of 9/11. He was promoted to Staff Sergeant and served as Team Leader for his Unit and assisted on a Joint Task Force while conducting multiple missions serving 2 tours in Iraq.  He is a member of the VFW, Marine Corps League and the American Legion for war time overseas service. He is an Insurance Consultant for New York Life Insurance Co.  and resides in Nassau County, NY with his wife.

Justin P. Restivo (USMC)

Justin is our Sr. Director for Client Relations, Atlantic. He is a former United States Marine who served on active duty from 1999-2003. Following the attacks of 9/11/2001, Justin served as a member of a Special Reaction Team (QRF-Team 2) attached to the base Provost Marshalls Office tasked with providing enhanced security force operations. He also served as a CAC Marine Liaison & Training Coordinator for 2nd MEF/2nd MAW, MAG-31 (ACE) Marine Air Ground Task Force. He also served in the Marine Corps Reserve command attached to the 1st MEF/MAGTF, 3rd CAG in 2004. He is currently serving in the United States Army National Gaurd attached to the 1st-258th Field Artillary Battery, 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. He is also an active voulenteer in the New York Guard as a Civil Affairs NCO attached to the 13th Civil Affiars Regiment, 14th Brigade, NYG. He is a member of the Marine Corps League in Port Washington, NY and the American Legion for war time service. He is a Human Resources Recruiting Officer with a leading financial institution. He is married to his wife and has one daughter, they currently reside in New York.

Justyn T. Farina (USMC)

Justyn is our Sr. Director for Client Relations, Pacific. He is a former United States Marine Infantry Sgt, and is a member of his local VFW Post and the American Legion for war time overseas service.  He served in the initial invasion of Afghanastian as a Squad Leader for a Anti Tank Assaultman squad (1st Battalion, 1st Marines) while attached to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, (SOC). Justyn also served in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba attachd to Rifle Security Company, Winward Ground Security Forces. He is a Sales Manager for a major water distribution company in the private sector.  Justyn is married and currently resides in Orange County, CA.

Vincent Trimarco (NY State Guard, 1st LT)

Vincent is our Director of Legal Affairs. He is a 1st Lieutenant serving as a JAG Officer in the 14th Brigade, 13th Civil Affairs Regiment, NY State Guard.  Vincent is an Attorney at law specializing in real estate & criminal law. He attended Siena College for his BA and Quinnipiac Law School for his JD. Vincent is active within local community charities, organizations, political associations and Veteran groups. He sits on the Board of Directors for American Patriot Credit Corp. Vincent resides in Suffolk County, NY.

Lee M. Zeldin (U.S. Army, Capt.)

Lee is our Assistant Director in the Office of the General Counsel. He received his undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Albany and continuted on to receive his JD from Albany Law School.  He is a Captain in the US Army serving as a Military Intelligence Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division.   He is a former Military Magistrate and a Veteran of the GWOT in Iraq.  He is Vice Commandant of his local VFW Post and a member of the American Legion for war time overseas service. Lee is an Attorney at law with his own practice located in Smithtown, NY. He is extremely active within local community organizations, charities, political associations and Veteran Groups. Lee is married and resides in Suffolk County with his wife and two children.

Louis Necroto (Ret NYPD Det)

Lou is our Treasurer & CFO. Lou is a licensed CPA and owns his own accounting firm locted in Smithtown, NY.  He attended St. Johns University and holds a BS in Accounting.  In the past, Lou has worked for Deloitte, Credit Suisse & Chase as a corporate accountant.  He served on the NYPD from 1998-2008.  Lou served on a security detail for NYPD in the aftermath of 9/11.  Lou was also a financial investigator for an IA Unit and retired as a NYPD Detective.  Lou is extremly active with in local community organizations, charities, political organizations and Veteran groups. Lou is married and resides in Suffolk County, NY.

Tom Chillot

A 10 year veteran of the data and list business, Tom has been helping companies, ad agencies, and non-profits of all sizes to maximize performance of their prospect/acquisition direct marketing efforts. With a foundation in traditional direct marketing, Tom has overseen his firm's transition to the online and creative spaces to be a full-service provider of direct marketing services.

Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated proven sales, marketing and business development expertise - cultivating lucrative accounts and territories, developing high-performing sales teams and consistently ranking as a top producer. Tom earned a B.A. in Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College where he captained the football team and was awarded the distinguished honor of serving as president of the Raven's Claw senior men's honory society. Rounding out his formal education with an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, Tom brings a multi-faceted perspective to his position. In addition to Tom's involvement with American Patriot Heroes Fund, he devotes time and energy to Children's Hospital and Campus Crusade for Christ International. He also volunteers with the Direct Marketing Association.
